The Benefits of Online English & Spanish Lessons
Give your child the gift of languages!
It is often easier for children to learn a new language than it is for adults and sometimes school English or Spanish classes are not as helpful to the student’s English or Spanish language development as they should be.
With online English and Spanish lessons:
Students can be with a Native English or Spanish speaking teacher or someone who has spent years developing their language skills
- Students will be able to learn at their own pace
The 1:1 classes provide each student the focused attention
No 2 students will receive the same experience
- Classes are designed so that each child will receive an unique experience that matches their needs and interests
- Each class aims to improve English or Spanish comprehension through games and discussions
- Students can take the classes anywhere – including the comfort of their own home
- They say once you learn one language, other languages become easier to learn
Chatting Portion
Each lesson starts off with a chatting portion to help students practice speaking, listening, as well as ease into the language.
Students get to talk about their weekend, school, and other fun activities they would like to share.
Grammar & Vocab
Most of the class is geared around grammar & vocab, or for higher level students: reading/writing/listening.
All topics will be covered by games such as picking the right image for the word, creating a sentence via options, etc.
Games
At the end of every class, the students will play some easier games in the language such as Hangman.
The students will also have the opportunity to ask questions of the teacher about the language or about the teacher themselves.
Classes Taught in the Language
Teachers know other languages to help students feel more comfortable in class, but each teacher aims to speak in the target language the majority, if not all, of the time.
Examples of Lessons
Here are some examples of what lessons will look like for different ages. Of course, it depends on the child’s exact level.
The average student could start with little to no basics and after a year of constant classes reach a conversational level.
With a purchase of 10 or more classes, every child will receive a roadmap of the topics for each class.
If you have multiple students, please contact us!
5 to 8 years old
